VODOHOD River Cruises took part in CITM

VODOHOD River Cruises took once again part in the international travel fair CITM 2008 which was held in Shanghai (China) from 20th to 23th of November. Since its first edition in 2001, CITM, organized on an annual basis under the aegis of State Tourism Department of China, plays a key role in the travel industry of Asian region.

Its continuous growth of popularity among travel business professionals is subject to the promising outlook of South-East Asia in whole. Over a distance of several years this region proved of a steady and rapid economic growth and as a result an important increase of outgoing tourism.

Thanks to propitious economic conditions CITM is in a good progress now. This year covering an area of more than 50 thousand square meters, the travel fair gathered under one roof representatives from 90 countries.

VODOHOD for its part exhibited its services in the National Russian stand, organized by the association “World without borders”. It is to be said that Russian river cruises arise much interest among professionals as well as general public.

Considered all around, CITM was highly appreciated by its participants, who strongly believe that it will be of certain use for their business.
