Booking, Payment and Cancellation procedure

How to book a cruise?

You can make the request by phone, fax, e-mail.

Please, indicate the following information:

• your name
• cruise dates
• name of the ship
• number of passengers
• accommodation
• your contact phone and e-mail

How to pay?

As soon as we receive your request, we’ll e-mail you the confirmation of availability. If you accept the contract terms, you send us the letter of authorization (with your name and bank card number) by fax or scanned by e-mail. You can find the letter form on our site. We will withdraw 50 EUR per each person as booking payment which is non-refundable. When you arrive on board you have to:

• sign the Contract (all pages)
• pay the rest amount for the cruise by card (Visa or MasterCard) or in cash in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of Russian Federation on the date of payment

How to get Russian Visa?

Within 10 days after we receive the necessary information (name, surname, sex, number, date of issue and date of expire of passport, date and place of birth) and the letter of authorization from you we will send you by e-mail the Voucher and the Confirmation which are necessary to obtain a Russian Visa in the consulate. Please note that Vodohod does not handle visas for clients. You are responsible for obtaining visa yourself. 

Embarkation

You will be asked to produce the following documents to embark the ship:

• your passport with Russian visa
• copy of the voucher issued by Vodohod.

How to cancel?

Should you have to cancel the cruise, please, inform us by fax only. Please note that the booking payment of 50 EUR is non refundable
