How to book a cruise?

You can make the request by phone, fax, e-mail or on-line on our web-site. Please, indicate the following information:

• your name
• cruise dates
• name of the ship
• number of passengers
• accommodation
• your contact phone and e-mail

How to pay?

As soon as we receive your request, we’ll e-mail you the Contract.

Please:

• sign the Contract (all pages)
• fill in Appendix 1 to the Contract (Letter of Authorization)
• fax or e-mail us the Contract (including Appendix 1 ) signed from your part
• fax or e-mail us a copy of your bank card you would like to pay with
• fax or e-mail us a copy of your passport

How to get Russian Visa?

Within 10 days after we receive the documents from you we will e-mail to you the Voucher and the Confirmation which are necessary to obtain a Russian Visa in the consulate.

Embarkation

You will be asked to produce the following documents to embark the ship:

• your passport with Russian visa
• the Contract signed from both parts in the original

How to cancel?

Should you have to cancel the cruise, please, inform us by fax only.
We’ll send you the Cancellation Agreement within 5 working days. Please, sign it and send us back the original by post.
We shall repay you the amount received from your part (except for the penalty according to the Contract) within 30 days upon the receipt of the Cancellation Agreement in the original.
