This document outlines Vodohod’s position regarding clients’ future travel arrangements in relation to the global outbreak of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).
The current circumstances surrounding the outbreak of Covid-19 are unprecedented and ever-changing and as such we are monitoring developments closely and adapting our policies and procedures in line with the latest information available.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests’ is of paramount importance and we endeavour to provide the best service to our partners and our guests in these challenging circumstances.
As a company, we adhere to official Government travel advice and policies. As and when there are any changes to such advice that may affect our clients/partner existing travel arrangements, we will contact them to discuss next steps.
As such Vodohod has put the following policy in place, effective Tuesday 10 March.
- Direct clients: may cancel any existing cruise bookings through until 30/6/2020 and get a future cruise credit until 31/12/2021.
- Direct clients: new cruise bookings made between 10/3/2020 and 30/6/2020, clients may transfer bookings up to 60 days prior to departure, to an alternate date that departs within one year for the same cruise, and not incur any cancellation fees.
- Partner clients: For existing cruise bookings, and new group tour bookings made between 10/3/2020 and 30/6/2020, clients may transfer bookings up to 60 days prior to departure, to an alternate date that departs within one year for the same destination, with standard cancellation fees waived.
